When filling out your RSVP card, your meal choices are as follows:

Beef Medallions - Hand rubbed, oven-roasted, slice tenderloin of beef drizzled with red wine demi glaze

Lemon Pepper Cod - Loin of cod with white wine, butter, lemon juice and lemon pepper

Vegetarian - You have 3 choices, which must be made ahead of time:

Chef's choice pasta with vegetables in a tomato alfredo sauce

Vegetable stir fry with teriyaki glaze over rice

Stuffed portabella mushroom - stuffed with a blend of vegetables and topped with mozzarella cheese (vegans: cheese is optional!)
